Standard international calling rates will apply for this number. Our customer support lines are open Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm UK Time. Saturday to Sunday 10am - 6pm UK Time. Outside of these hours you may leave a voicemail and a member of our customer support team will call you back at a time convenient for you. 

Our customer support portal can also be accessed from within your ChannelUnity account - just click ‘Help’ in the menu bar at the top of any screen.

How to Register

To create your free ChannelUnity account, visit our website at and fill in the short form on our homepage. No sales people, no custom pricing, no paying before you've tried it, and no 12 month minimum terms!

Connect your Online Store

As ChannelUnity is designed to make your existing online store the point of centralisation for your multichannel orders, you need to connect your online store to ChannelUnity to use the platform.

To use ChannelUnity you will need a supported shopping cart. These include: Magento Community / Enterprise Edition, Bigcommerce, Zen Cart, 3d Cart, Shopify, WooCommerce.

When you create your account, our website helps you to connect your online store. If for any reason you need to connect your store again, visit ‘Online Stores’, choose ‘Connect an Online Store’ and follow the wizard to connect our platform to your shopping cart.

Logging In

Once you have created your ChannelUnity account you will be automatically logged in and taken to our first run wizard. To get back into your ChannelUnity account in future however, you will need to log in by visiting:

In the three boxes on the screen which loads, enter your merchant name - a name for your ChannelUnity account which you made when registering, your username, and your password. Then click the orange ‘Login’ button.
