D'Ette Middleton Feedback report would be nice. So would a notice that the customer has sent an email requesting more information.

ChannelUnity Hi D'Ette,
In our wider plans we do have similar features to these - the ability to see customer feedback and perhaps an overview of whether it is positive or negative, and reply to it from a simple helpdesk within your account, for example.
How does this sound?

Mark Nichols Need the ability to export information about the listings.
1; Which listings have competitors below minimum price, and at what price. Essential to understand if pricing is competitive.
2: What percentage of listings have got the Buy Box
3: Which listings have no competition.
This information would be really useful

Henry Churchill A line graph similar to Amazon Seller Central.
So we can see total sales from all channels compared to yesterday and same day last year. Would be nice if you could break down further by channels etc Helps when quickly trying to get an overview of performance rather than looking at pie charts/tables within date ranges

Bonnie Wnenkowski A CSV export file for sales would help a great deal. That way it could import into my Quickbooks.

John Fitzpatrick To see sales by Product would be great. Eg, it would cut across all sales channels (eBay, Play.com, Amazon etc).

IF we have a "cost" field show profit/loss information (including your fee's estimated ebay/paypal/amazon/etc fees)

Michael Craven Michael Craven A low inventory stock alert would be very useful, being able to set an alert when stock is less than 10 would be interesting.

Brad Traynham That's a good suggestion Michael Craven. I second it with a modification that you can set your inventory alert number.

Tim Nykamp It would be great to see a graph of sales over time for each channel products are sold on. This would be a great tool to see trends, and to correct issues before they become a problem.
