1. Amazon Multi Channel FBA I would like to know if CU can help us to process Amazon Multi Channel orders (order that come in from our magento store that are shipped by amazon FBA). We need the shipping data transfered to amazon and automatically have the order status in magento updated.
2. Amazon FBA Order import I am reading that CU is supporting Amazon FBA. Does this mean that we get all FBA order into our Magento system and are able to issue (PDF) invoices of Amazon FBA orders in Magento?
3. Amazon FBA Stock sync We are thinking about using Amazon FBA as our only warehouse. Is is possible to have the Magento stock synced to the Amazon FBA stock?
Thank you
Best wishes from Vienna

ChannelUnity Hi Wolfgang,
Apologies this went unanswered - we hadn't configured alerting on new messages posted in our forums.
1. At the moment, ChannelUnity can only handle FBA for Amazon Marketplace orders. This is because FBA is tied into our Amazon channels, and therefore if you add Amazon DE as a channel, you can use FBA for Amazon DE. We'll review this for the New York release in April 2013 as the changes needed to accomodate this are quite big, but certainly doable.
2. Yes thats correct - with ChannelUnity you can have all Amazon orders downloaded into Magento (and in future, other shopping carts). If an order is shipped with FBA it will be imported as 'Complete' and you can generate a PDF invoice. However, a note of caution - Amazon and other marketplaces require that you only communicate with buyers if absolutely necessary, and this communication should contain no promotion for your website (even just including your web address or email address on your domain name on your invoice template). Disobeying this rule can lead to the marketplace suspending your account, as in their view there is a risk that repeat orders could be made without them receiving sales commission.
3. Unfortunately similar to point 1, at the moment FBA is tied to the marketplace it is used on. When you mark an item as sold via FBA, the stock level is not updated by ChannelUnity on either Magento or Amazon, as it is assumed that Amazon orders are using FBA stock, and Magento is using your own stock. We'll look at this again for our April 2013 release - it may be that we can add this flexibility provided it can be done without adding complexity to our system.
Hope this helps & best wishes for the season ahead,
Mark. -
Chip Tolaney Is there any update on this, especially keeping the fba inventory in sync with Magento inventory? Thanks.
